Shipping policy

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is always free.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
All orders ship via UPS.
- United States: UPS Ground, usually 1–5 business days after shipping.
- Canada: UPS Standard, usually 3–8 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

CANADIAN ORDERS
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier at delivery.

ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
