Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Passion Project. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.

FREE RETURNS
Returns are free. To start a return, email us at passion@sahlhoff.com with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know it's approved. You can choose either:
- A refund to your original payment method, issued within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
- An exchange for a different item. Let us know what you'd like when you request your return.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.
